Darren Till defeated former UFC title challenger Yoel Romero by unanimous decision before facing off with BKFC champion Lorenzo Hunt in Manchester.

Darren Till (2-0) earned his second victory in bare-knuckle after defeating fellow UFC veteran Yoel Romero (1-1).

The Liverpool fighter earned three scores of 49-46 in the five-round cruiserweight main event at Manchester's AO Arena.

A Five-Round Affair

The fight began cautiously, with neither man willing to take unnecessary risks.

It wasn’t until the third round that the pair began trading heavier shots, with Romero opening a cut underneath Till's eye.

Romero also dropped Till during the fight, but the Liverpool fighter recovered and continued to find success across the five rounds.

Romero grew in confidence as the fight progressed, but Till had done enough to secure the unanimous decision, with all three judges scoring the contest 49-46.

The victory improved Till's BKFC record to 2-0 after he stopped Aaron Chalmers in the second round of his debut at BKFC 90 in Birmingham.

Till Faces Off With BKFC Champion Lorenzo Hunt

Following the victory, Till came face-to-face with BKFC Ironweight Champion Lorenzo Hunt (14-2) inside the ring.

Hunt is one of the most accomplished fighters in BKFC history, having become the promotion's first three-division champion and building a strong following.

The confrontation could set up Till's next major BKFC fight, with Tommy Fury and Mike Perry also among the names mentioned by the former UFC title challenger.

Cullen Claims BKFC Gold

Brit Jack Cullen (3-0) defeated David Mundell (10-3) by split decision after the pair went to a sixth round for the BKFC Middleweight Championship.

The reigning champion dropped Cullen early in the second round, but after five rounds the judges could not separate the pair, sending the fight into a sixth and deciding round.

Cullen ultimately claimed the title by split decision after six rounds.

An Action-Packed Card

The card delivered plenty of action before the two headline fights.

Gaz Corran stopped Mac Bygraves in the third round to become the new BKFC UK Middleweight Champion.

Karl Thompson successfully defended his Cruiserweight Championship with a unanimous decision over Andy Thornton.

Leigh Cahoon's fight with Ste Wallwork was also brought to an end after Wallwork suffered significant swelling, forcing the contest to be stopped.

For Darren Till, the victory continues his unbeaten start to life in BKFC.

After beginning a new chapter in bare-knuckle boxing, the Liverpool fighter is now 2-0 in the promotion with another former UFC title challenger added to his record.

And after coming face-to-face with Hunt in Manchester, attention has already turned towards what could come next.
