Mike Malott Knocks Out Joaquin Buckley
Mike Malott delivered the biggest victory of his career in remarkable style with a crazy second-round knockout against Joaquin Buckley, increasing his winning streak to five after impressing his home crowd.
Both men tested their striking early in round one, landing hard shots which suggested a stoppage could be on the cards.
During round two, Malott caught 'New Mansa' with a well-timed, brutal knee, which knocked down Buckley and sent his mouthguard flying before one follow-up shot sealed an incredible win.
With such an outstanding finish, Canada's own looks set to enter the top 10 of the welterweight rankings, with his sights set on continuing to rise up the division.
Jasmine Jasudavicius Defeats Erin Blanchfield
Jasmine Jasudavicius earned her second successive unanimous decision win after going the distance with Erin Blanchfield, breaking into the top five of the women's flyweight rankings.
It was the 37-year-old's grappling that played a big role, as the Canadian was able to take down 'Cold Blooded' four times while attempting three submissions.
The Niagara Top Team fighter came close to winning with a rear-naked choke and an arm triangle, but Blanchfield survived thanks to her experience in jiu-jitsu.
With two wins in a row, questions will be asked whether Jasudavicius has done enough to claim a title shot.

A first career submission win was claimed by Timmy Cuamba, who silenced Rogers Place with a second-round neck crank victory over Louis Jourdain.
Mandel Nallo grabbed his first UFC win with a brutal leg kick stoppage, defeating Nate Landwehr by second-round TKO as he bounced back in terrific fashion.
