UFC 334 heads to Madison Square Garden on November 14 as heavyweight champion Ciryl Gane faces Josh Hokit, while Kayla Harrison defends her bantamweight title against returning legend Amanda Nunes.
The UFC has officially announced its return to New York for UFC 334, with the promotion yet again making its way to one of the most prestigious venues in all of combat sports, Madison Square Garden, on November 14, 2026.
The event will be headlined by a UFC Heavyweight Championship clash between Ciryl Gane and Josh Hokit.
Gane vs Hokit headlines UFC 334
Gane enters the bout as champion after Tom Aspinall vacated the title earlier in the month following continued complications from the eye injury he suffered during his fight with Gane at UFC 321 in October of last year.
Gane was originally crowned interim champion after defeating Alex Pereira at UFC Freedom 250 back in June, before being elevated to undisputed champion following Aspinall's announcement.
Hokit will now get his opportunity to fight for the heavyweight title after putting together an unbeaten 10-0 record, including four UFC victories. The American has also become one of the promotion's more controversial figures, drawing considerable media attention for some of the things he’s said outside the Octagon.
Harrison vs Nunes finally set
The co-main event will see another championship fight as Kayla Harrison puts her UFC Women's Bantamweight Championship on the line against former two-time champion Amanda Nunes.
Nunes returns to the Octagon looking to reclaim the title she previously held on two separate occasions, having also spent time as the UFC Women's Featherweight Champion during her career.
The Brazilian has not fought since 2023, having retired from the sport. But the prospect of facing Harrison for another piece of gold has been enough to bring her back once more.
The fight has been a long time coming, having originally been scheduled for UFC 324 in January before Harrison was forced to withdraw from the bout and undergo neck surgery.
Now back in full training, Harrison is finally set to make her return to the Octagon against Nunes in the ‘Big Apple’.
UFC 334 main card takes shape
Also on the event’s main card, Caio Borralho is set to face Yousri Belgaroui in a middleweight fight, with both men looking to make their way towards the top of the division.
Borralho comes into the bout ranked fifth in the UFC Media Rankings at middleweight with an 18-2 record, having most recently defeated former ONE middleweight champion Reinier de Ridder by unanimous decision at UFC 326 in March.
Standing opposite him will be Belgaroui, who enters the bout with an 11-3 record and a three-fight winning streak. He’s picked up two finishes during that run and will now have his biggest opportunity since earning his UFC contract through Dana White’s Contender Series, facing one of the division's ranked contenders.
Kevin Holland will make his return to the UFC Octagon when he takes on Uroš Medić in a welterweight clash at UFC 334.
Holland enters the bout off the back of a unanimous decision victory over Randy Brown in April, while Medić has been on a tear in recent months.
The Serbian stopped Daniel Rodriguez in just 30 seconds in his most recent outing in August at the UFC’s first-ever event in Belgrade, Serbia.
Medić enters the bout having won four consecutive fights inside the opening round.
Holland's vast UFC experience will now be put to the test against a man who has made a bit of a habit of ending fights early.
Further down the card, unbeaten flyweight prospect Bilal Hasan will put his perfect 10-0 record on the line against Luis Gurule.
Hasan made his UFC debut in August, following up a 45-second knockout over Mridul Saikia on Dana White's Contender Series with a stoppage against Nilson Rojas just 18 days later.
The 25-year-old stopped Rojas via second-round knockout at UFC Shanghai and has now finished eight of his ten professional victories by knockout.
Gurule will be looking to bounce back after suffering a first-round submission defeat to Rei Tsuruya in his most recent bout. The American has gone 1-4 across his last five fights, with his sole victory coming against Daniel Barez in May.
Veterans and British interest feature on the card
Beloved veteran Stephen ‘Wonderboy’ Thompson will make the final walk of his MMA career when he takes on Charles Radtke in a welterweight clash.
Thompson will be looking to return to the win column after his most recent bout against Gabriel Bonfim ended in defeat over a year ago in July 2025. The 43-year-old has been out of action ever since and will finally return to the Octagon in New York.
Radtke, meanwhile, enters the contest having won his last two fights, most recently picking up a unanimous decision victory over Francisco Prado at UFC 327 in April.
Radtke has won nine of his last 11 fights and will now face one of the division's most experienced veterans.
Drew Dober will face Scotland's Chris Duncan in a lightweight clash further down the UFC 334 card.
Dober enters the contest having most recently stopped Michael Johnson in the second round at UFC 326 in March, while Duncan will be looking to bounce back from his most recent defeat to Renato Moicano.
Duncan's journey to the UFC was far from straightforward, having appeared on Dana White's Contender Series twice. The Scot was stopped by Viacheslav Borshchev in his first appearance in 2021, before returning the following season and knocking out Charlie Campbell to finally earn his UFC contract.
Since earning his way onto the UFC roster, Duncan has established himself as a regular in the lightweight division and will now look to get back to winning ways against the vastly experienced Dober.
Also on the card, another UFC veteran will do battle inside the Octagon as Jim Miller is set to take on Terrance McKinney in a lightweight clash.
Miller, who has competed inside the UFC since 2008, continues to add to an incredible career that has seen him become one of the most experienced fighters in the promotion’s history.
The 42-year-old most recently picked up a unanimous decision victory over Chase Hooper at UFC 328 in June.
Standing opposite him will be McKinney, who will be looking to bounce back after suffering a first-round knockout defeat to Kurt Holobaugh at UFC 329 in July.
The American has alternated wins and losses across his last five fights and will now have the difficult task of dealing with one of the most experienced fighters possible.
Rounding out the UFC 334 card
In contrast to the vast level of experience elsewhere on the card, two undefeated middleweights, Baisangur Susurkaev and Donte Johnson, will meet in the middle of the Octagon with both men putting their perfect professional records on the line.
Susurkaev has quickly made an impression since joining the UFC, while Johnson will also arrive in New York unbeaten as the pair look to continue their respective rises in the division.
The second women’s contest of the evening brings Macy Chiasson and Beatriz Mesquita together in a women’s bantamweight contest. Mesquita enters the bout unbeaten, while Chiasson brings considerably more UFC experience into the matchup as she looks to add another victory to her record in New York.
Adrian Yañez will also take on Juan Díaz in a bantamweight clash. Yañez will be looking to pick up a much-needed victory in New York, while Díaz will be looking to make an impact against the experienced UFC bantamweight.
Nazim Sadykhov will also step inside the Octagon as he takes on Jefferson Nascimento in a lightweight bout, with both fighters looking to make their mark as the UFC returns to ‘The Garden’.
With two world titles on the line and the UFC returning to Madison Square Garden, UFC 334 has plenty at stake at the top of the card. Gane will make his first defence as undisputed heavyweight champion, while Harrison finally gets her long-awaited showdown with the returning Nunes.
November 14 promises to be another major night at ‘The Garden’, with both the heavyweight and women's bantamweight divisions potentially entering a new chapter.
