The UFC has confirmed the first bouts for UFC Paris 2026, with Michael Page facing Nursulton Ruziboev in a key middleweight clash, while Mario Pinto, Modestas Bukauskas and several European stars are also set to feature at the Accor Arena.
The UFC returns to one of Europe's most electric atmospheres on September 5 as UFC Fight Night 287 heads to the Accor Arena in Paris.
The promotion has confirmed the first eight bouts for the card, with former Bellator champion Michael "Venom" Page continuing his middleweight run in a headline attraction that also features several European contenders looking to make statements on home soil.
Michael Page continues middleweight run against Nursulton Ruziboev
Michael Page appears to have found a new lease of life since moving up to middleweight.
After back to back wins over Shara Magomedov, Jared Cannonier and Sam Patterson, Page will face one of the division's most dangerous finishers in Uzbekistan's Nursulton Ruziboev.
Ruziboev last competed in June, submitting Andrey Pulyaev inside four minutes to continue building his reputation as a dangerous all round threat.
Stylistically, it presents another intriguing test for Page. His movement, distance management and counter striking have translated well at 185 pounds, while Ruziboev will likely look to pressure forward and use his size and grappling to close the distance.
A fourth consecutive victory would further establish Page as a genuine contender in the middleweight division.
Oumar Sy welcomes Modestas Bukauskas to Paris
French light heavyweight Oumar Sy returns in front of a home crowd looking to bounce back following his defeat to Ion Cutelaba.
Standing opposite him will be former Cage Warriors champion Modestas Bukauskas, who returned to winning ways after overcoming a late notice opponent in his most recent outing.
Sy has built a reputation as an aggressive finisher, while Bukauskas typically prefers a measured kickboxing approach, making this one of the more intriguing stylistic matchups on the card.
Mario Pinto faces biggest test of his UFC career
Unbeaten heavyweight Mario Pinto takes another step up in competition when he meets experienced veteran Ryan Spann.
Pinto remains undefeated as a professional, although his decision victory over Felipe Franco showed there are still areas of his game developing as he continues to climb the rankings.
Spann, meanwhile, brings plenty of UFC experience and knockout power. The American has made a career of finishing fights early, presenting Pinto with arguably the toughest challenge of his career to date.
UFC Paris undercard continues to take shape
Several other notable contests have also been confirmed for the September event.
Losene Keita vs Muhammad Naimov
Former Oktagon champion Losene Keita returns after suffering defeat in his UFC debut against Nathaniel Wood. He faces dangerous wrestler Muhammad Naimov in an important featherweight contest.
Nora Cornolle vs Klaudia Sygula
French favourite Nora Cornolle returns to compete in front of her home fans against Klaudia Sygula, who enters the bout on a two fight winning streak after victories over Irina Alekseeva and Priscila Cachoeira.
Kurtis Campbell vs Trevor Peek
Lightweights Kurtis Campbell and Trevor Peek meet in what promises to be an entertaining matchup. Both men are looking to rebound from recent defeats and neither is known for taking a backwards step.
Fabia Sintes vs Michael Aljarouj
Two of Europe's emerging prospects collide as Fabia Sintes meets Michael Aljarouj in a matchup that could prove significant for both fighters' progression within the division.
Matthieu Duclos vs Luis Felipe Dias
French prospect Matthieu Duclos takes on Brazil's Luis Felipe Dias, with the hometown fighter aiming to deliver another memorable performance inside the Accor Arena.
UFC Paris is already shaping up to deliver
UFC Paris has quickly become one of the promotion's standout European Fight Night events, and this year's card is already beginning to reflect that reputation.
Michael Page's continued move into the middleweight division headlines the opening batch of announcements, while French stars Oumar Sy and Nora Cornolle will look to deliver in front of another passionate home crowd. With more fights still expected to be announced, UFC Fight Night 287 is shaping up to be one of the strongest European cards of the year.
