Chris Billam-Smith and Cheavon Clarke will renew their rivalry inside the professional ranks when they headline ZUFFA Boxing 12 at London's Copper Box Arena on Saturday, November 7.

The pair will meet over 10 rounds at cruiserweight in a fight with world title implications for both men.

The pair faced off earlier in the day at the ceremonial weigh-ins for ZUFFA Boxing 11, headlined by Johnny Fisher vs Michael Pirotton.

Billam-Smith and Clarke renew amateur rivalry

Billam-Smith will enter the ring in November holding a 22-2 record with 14 knockouts to his name, having won two fights since losing his world title.

The Bournemouth fighter most recently stopped Ryan Rozicki on home soil following the seventh round of their encounter at ZUFFA Boxing 7 in June.

Meanwhile, Clarke holds a 12-2 record with nine knockouts and returns following a come-from-behind stoppage victory over Jack Massey on the same Billam-Smith vs Rozicki card.

As an amateur, Clarke went 2-0 against Billam-Smith, including a decision victory over his fellow Brit in the final of the 2016 English National Championships.

Now, with almost a decade in the rear-view mirror from their first amateur meeting, the pair will finally settle their rivalry as professionals.

ZUFFA Boxing 12 undercard takes shape

Also confirmed for the card is rising cruiserweight Lucas Roehrig, who will face Scotland's Connal McDonald over eight rounds.

Roehrig is unbeaten at 9-0 with five knockouts on his record and is the latest fighter to join the ZUFFA Boxing ranks, while McDonald enters the contest with a 5-1 record and one knockout.

Scottish middleweight prospect Sam Hickey will also return to action, with the unbeaten 6-0 (3 KOs) fighter set to compete over eight rounds against an opponent who has yet to be announced.

American heavyweight Da'Mazion Vanhouter will also feature, with the 13-0 knockout artist coming off a first-round stoppage of Raphael Akpejiori on the Ryan Garcia vs Conor Benn card earlier this month.

Elsewhere, British light heavyweight Zach Parker will make his ZUFFA Boxing debut against unbeaten southpaw Umar Dzambekov in a 10-round contest.

Parker, a former British super middleweight champion, boasts a 26-2 record with 18 knockouts and will be looking to bounce back from his decision defeat to Olympic bronze medallist Joshua Buatsi last November.

Standing opposite him, Dzambekov has won all 14 of his professional contests, with 10 coming inside the distance.
The Austrian-born fighter, who now trains out of Los Angeles, has stopped five of his last six opponents and most recently secured a second-round knockout over Ahmed Elbiali at ZUFFA Boxing 3 in February.

With more fights expected to be announced in due course, ZUFFA Boxing's presence on the British domestic scene continues to grow as Billam-Smith and Clarke prepare to settle their rivalry once and for all inside the Copper Box Arena.
