Cage Warriors 207 returned to Manchester with a night full of finishes, upsets, and a new lightweight champion crowned. Headlined by Ieuan Davies' stunning first-round submission victory over Omiel Brown, the event delivered memorable performances from Nathan Fletcher, Adam Cullen, George Staines, and Marin Vetrila.

Cage Warriors returned to Manchester for Cage Warriors 207, following directly from the previous day’s event, Cage Warriors 206: Unplugged, and once again delivered a night packed with finishes and high-level competition across the whole card.

The event ended with the crowning of a new Cage Warriors Lightweight Champion, as Ieuan Davies (8-0) submitted Omiel Brown (13-4) in just 61 seconds to claim the title.

Main and Co-Main Event Deliver Drama

Ieuan Davies wasted no time in the main event, surviving an early tight guillotine attempt from Omiel Brown before locking in a rear-naked choke, leaving Brown out cold on the canvas just over a minute into round one. The victory sent the Manchester crowd into chaos as Davies became the new Cage Warriors lightweight champion.

Nathan Fletcher (11-3) defeated Rony Henrique (21-16) via split decision after three tough rounds. Fletcher absorbed a heavy shot from Henrique early in the opening round, but gradually recovered and worked his way back into the contest as the fight progressed. He secured a takedown at the end of the third round that shook the arena and gave him a clear advantage on the scorecards.

Main Card Offers Competitive Battles

Marin Vetrila (8-1) stopped Shay Ingram (5-1) via TKO in round one. The Moldovan fighter landed a sharp left hook on the temple that visibly hurt Ingram, who was unable to recover before Vetrila swarmed with follow-up strikes for the stoppage.

Farshad Nazarnia (5-1) took the win against Emile Vujakovic (6-2), taking control as the fight went on and earning a unanimous decision victory.

It was a good night for Next Generation MMA as Adam Cullen (12-3) secured an anaconda choke on Carl Jones (6-1) in the first round, handing him his first defeat as a professional. Cullen spoke throughout fight week about becoming a more composed fighter, but still delivered the excitement and aggression he promised ahead of the event.

His teammate George Staines (10-0) stayed unbeaten with a rear-naked choke submission over Conor McCarthy (6-1). After a competitive first round, Staines secured multiple takedowns and eventually took the back of the Irish fighter to hand him his first professional loss.

Finishes Only in the Prelims

Davi Santos (7-4) closed out the prelims with a solid win over Fran Breen (5-2), taking control on the ground before finishing the fight with ground-and-pound.

Josh Carrick (3-0) stayed unbeaten in a heavyweight scrap with Gvido Šusts (2-1), with both men leaving everything in the cage. Carrick rocked Šusts multiple times throughout the contest before eventually securing the finish.

Tom Wright (3-2) delivered an impressive performance, dropping Matteo Martignoni (3-2) at the end of the first round before securing a guillotine choke victory in round two.

Earlier on the prelims, Jack McLoughlin (3-1) survived an early scare and knockdown before using his grappling to secure a rear-naked choke victory over Aron Frantz (1-1).

Nathanael Woods (2-1) opened the prelims with a quick finish, stopping Josu Hernandez (2-3) via TKO within the first minute of round two.
